Teri L. Alpert, OD
Dr. Alpert is a graduate of UCI and a 1981 graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Alpert grew up in Long Beach and is married with two children. Her son Grant graduated from UC Berkeley with his degree in Mechanical Engineering and, after working for General Motors for 4 years, went back to school at the University of Michigan and graduated with his Masters in Sustainablity and his MBA. Grant and his wife Krystol are living in Berkeley, where Grant is working for a company that helps other companies become more sustainable and Krystol is a private practice therapist. Her daughter Shelby attained her Bachelor's degree in Women and Gender Studies from Cal State Fullerton and earned her RN, BSN in 2024. She is working as an Emergency Department nurse at Hoag Hospital in Irvine, and loving it!
Deborah A. Bittner, OD
Dr. Bittner is a 1987 graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry. She has been practicing with Dr. Alpert since 1994.
Joy, Optician
Joy has been with Dr. Alpert since 1984. She is the office manager and keeps everything running smoothly.
Luci, Optician
Luci has been with our office since 2003 and has greatly enhanced our team.
Alicia, Optician
Alicia is the "newest" team member. She has been working with us since December, 2007.
